Yes we ship to most international countries. International orders generally take 2-5 weeks for delivery, but can take longer if there are any delays in customs beyond our control.

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of being placed, but sometimes longer if there is an issue or a high volume of sales. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. We ship all orders in the same order they entered our system.

We do not cover the cost of any custom duties or taxes due. These fees are responsibility of the recipient and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. Customs fee are determined your by country's government and IwillSP does not acquire any of the funds.

Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes are based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country.  Because the rules and standards vary so much from country-to-country, it is best to contact local customs office if you have any further questions specific to custom fees.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for non-damaged products, but we do accept returns. If you would prefer another item, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order online via our website.

For UK/ EU customers, items can be returned up to 14 days after delivery of the product. Customers will have 14 days to return the goods once they’ve communicated they wish to return the product. Upon reception of the returned product, you will be refunded the product price plus a base cost of shipping or the lowest costed rate, so long as the products are returned in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

 Also, custom jerseys and made to order items will not be accepted as a return as they are custom made for the individual and can not be re-sold. These items are described as such in the product description.

Refunds may take 5-7 business days to display on your payment card statement, after the item has been sent back to us and you have received a refund notification. We may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return.

Additionally, please note that we cannot issue refunds for missing or undelivered merchandise before 4 weeks time. This is due to any delays dealing with international shipping and customs.
